The Unaccepting was commissioned by my good friend Andy Slembarski back in 2019. This piece was composed in anger about how many people and politicians just can't seem to accept people for who they are. Unfortunately, it seems like nothing has improved in the few years since this piece was originally composed.

This was originally going to be premiered by the Milwaukee Philharmonic, but then covid happened and the piece has since been shelved.

At least we have a not so great midi recording to listen to!
